Raquette Lake, New York, in the center of the Adirondack Park.
The church is only accessible during the summer months, after the Spring thaw.
FROM ALBANY, BOSTON AND NEW YORK CITY –
NYS Thruway Route #87 North
Exit 23, turn left at top of ramp
Immediate right onto Route #9 North through Warrensburg
Left onto Route #28 (small sign) through Indian Lake & Blue Mountain Lake
Left onto Route #28 to Raquette Lake (12 miles)
Right to Village Dock
FROM MONTREAL –
Route 15 South becomes NYS Route #87 South (Adirondack Northway)
Exit 29 towards Newcomb
Left (south) onto Route 2B Boreas Rd (18 miles)
Left (west) onto Route 25 Tahawus Rd for 1 mile
Right (west) onto Route 28N to Long Lake
Stay left on 28N to Blue Mountain Lake
Stay right on Route 28 (12 miles)
Right into Village of Raquette Lake
FROM BUFFALO AND POINTS WEST – 338 miles
NYS Thruway I-90 East (138 miles)
Exit 36, Route #81 North to Watertown (64 miles)
Exit 45, Right onto Route 3 towards Downtown
Left onto County Route #36
Left onto NYS Route #3-A
Left onto NYS Route #3 (75 miles)
Right onto Route 30 to Blue Mountain Lake (22 miles)
Bear right onto Route 28 to Raquette Lake (12 miles)
Right turn into Village
FROM BALTIMORE, WASHINGTON AND POINTS SOUTH –
#695 Baltimore Beltway to Exit 24 Route #83 North
Route 83 becomes Route 81 in Pennsylvania (180 miles)
Exit 5 bear right to stay on Route 81
Exit 6 bear right onto Route #11 North (1/2 mile)
Follow Route #12 North for 110 miles (lots of turns)
Right onto Route 28 (50 miles)
Go through Old Forge and Inlet
Left into Village of Raquette Lake
